Semi-formal Representations

Current Definition
Accommodate a mix of computationally interpretable information (formal) with uninterpreted information. Hypertext is an example of a semi-formal system: the links are formal while the textual contents are informal. Semi-formal representations are appropriate for evolvable systems because most users will not or cannot make changes to formal information, while most users are able to modify informal information.
